Warhammer 40K is an expansive Sci-Fi fantasy franchise mostly known for its table-top gaming. There is extensive artwork, modeling resources, books, even music that is themed from this British company, Games Workshop. I was exposed to this when my two sons started building armies and participated in table-top gaming events at local hobby stores.
I find the entire franchise great science fiction on a scale so large, I can digest pieces of this over several years. Although I do not actually play the games, I do enjoy building and painting the miniatures. There are many like me and you can see their work on YouTube and the web.
